Brief
The existing house on the Peterborough Estate was run down and lacked modern ensuite showers and cooking facilities. Also there was a requirement to provide a housekeepers flat close to the residents rooms.

Outcome
Obtained planning permission for an additional mansard floor to accommodate the Housekeeper in a self contained flat with the residents occupying the remainder of the premises. Ensuite shower rooms were installed accessible to existing rooms. Modern Fire Alarm and Detection systems were installed.
