Brief
To expand the property to the maximum and upgrade the interior to appeal to the international business fraternity.

Outcome
Due to a tall parapet we were able to add a mansard floor without contravening City of Westminster planning guidelines.
The basement was extended and new terraces formed at the rear. New ensuites, new cassette air conditioning and in the basement high tech kitchen grille and extract facilities were installed.
