Brief
The original small detached house had an attached garage and a small ground floor room that was of little use. Combined these took up space and provided little useful accommodation..

Outcome
We designed the new detached double garage and removed the small room, clearing space for a large extension. This meant that a large open plan kitchen /family area could be formed downstairs and new bedrooms and shower rooms incorporated upstairs.
